Fabrication of holes, grinding, engraving, or any metal finishing operations on the ordered components (e.g. copper or aluminium), are all processes that we carry out at Electris.
We offer the full technological process: from design and prototyping to the production of small and large series. In order to prepare a metal component in accordance with the specification, we also carry out post-processing and such processes as punching, threading, grinding, engraving and marking, among others.
Every product that leaves our company is thoroughly examined and checked in a multi-stage quality control process. After each machining step, we thoroughly examine whether the component has been manufactured in accordance with the guidelines. Only orders with a positive result of the final quality inspection can be packed and sent to the contractors.
We provide a wide range of components for high, medium and low voltage applications. Our products are used in horizontal and vertical conductor bar systems and in the production of HV and LV switchgear units.
