Electris offers a service of soldering copper components with an induction soldering tool.
We can offer you a service involving soldering copper components with an induction soldering tool. Soldered components are used in a wide range of industrial applications, including connections of copper parts, the automotive industry or the electronics industry.
The soldering technology was developed at Electris in accordance with EN 12134:2004 and in partnership with the Łukasiewicz Research Network Institute of Welding. We can design and manufacture induction exciters that enable soldering of a variety of connections with optimised joint heating. Through the use of special positioning fixtures, we can meet your most stringent expectations in terms of quality. We efficiently use advanced induction soldering supplies for processing our components.

Electris induction soldering process
The application of the induction soldering process, compared to other methods of joining metals (like fusion welding), has many advantages, including:
- Manufacturable bonding of dissimilar materials (like metal to ceramic);
- No contamination of the joined materials;
- High concentration of thermal energy, which provides better processing efficiency;
- High aesthetic value and quality of all joints;
- Sustained high conductivity of components;
- High process cost efficiency and repeatability with maintained high strength of the joints.
